Marketing Ops Intern

As a Marketing Operations Intern, you’ll work closely with the Pogo Growth team to support the execution, reporting, and optimization of paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (TikTok, Google, Meta, and DSPs).

This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into growth marketing, analytics, and creative testing in a fast-paced startup environment.

📊 Reporting & Insights

• Assist with weekly data pulls for growth and creative performance reports.
• Update and maintain campaign and creative test trackers.
• Support ad-hoc reporting needs within the team.

📣 Campaign Support

• Support the launch of creative tests across platforms and monitor results.
• Upload ads, refresh creatives, and update ad copy in platforms.

💡  Ideas & Collaboration

• Conduct research to identify new opportunities and share ideas on creative, campaign, and channel strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (growth, product, creative) to assist in streamlining execution.
