Creative Intern

As a Creative Intern, you’ll join Pogo's Growth team to support UGC-style content production, editing, and experimentation. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, knows what performs natively on social, and is excited to turn raw concepts into scroll-stopping ads.

🎥 Content & Production

  • Film yourself or friends for quick UGC concepts and test shoots.
  • Keep our internal creative tracker updated, and organize content library.
  • Help coordinate with Backstage actors for content needs.

✂️ Editing & Execution

  • Edit short-form UGC videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) based on creative briefs.
  • Add captions, hooks, effects, and trims to make content pop.
  • Recut and reformat existing videos for different platforms.

📱 Social & Creative Exploration

  • Help clean up and update our social pages.
  • Suggest new trends, formats, and hooks we should test.

🤖 AI Creative Exploration

  • Experiment with AI video tools (Google Veo 3 and others) to prototype new ideas
  • Explore static ad creation with tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, and other emerging platforms.
  • Assist in building a library of AI creative experiments

💡 Ideas & Collaboration

  • Research trending TikToks/ads and share inspiration for our next shoots.
  • Learn how growth, product, and creative work together to scale ad campaigns.
