We're currently filling spots for our 2026 full-time Product Management summer internships at our headquarters in Lehi, Utah. In this internship you will dive into some of the toughest problems for our users and across the international e-commerce space with a goal of figuring out how to solve those problems with technology. We are accepting applications for undergraduate and graduate students.
This is a full-time Summer 2026 internship that will last roughly 12 weeks and work a hybrid schedule from our office in Lehi, Utah.

What is a day in the life of a Product Management Intern?
- Meeting with users and stakeholders to understand key pain points and opportunities
- Drafting requirements to build tech solutions to solve pain points and capitalize on opportunities
- Working with developers to put solutions into action, with a goal of delivering new tech during your internship experience
- Mapping out product release timelines
- Managing information & insights to drive user actions and monitor product performance

What will I need to thrive in this role?
- Strong data analytics and some coding a big plus (eg SQL and Python)
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in college or a graduate student in a relevant program (Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Supply Chain, Strategy, etc.)
- Outstanding communication skills

What is my potential for career growth?
You will work extensively with members of the Product team at Pattern, as well as Pattern’s Head of Product. You will have the chance to learn and grow under their mentorship. The right candidate, executing at a high level, may be considered for a full-time role post internship, or an extension to continue working with the team part-time after returning to school.
What is the team like?
Pattern’s Product team brings experience from the world’s top tech and ecommerce companies. The team is composed of a Head of Product, Directors of Product, Product Managers, and UX Designers. You will work directly and cross functionally with these team members, as well as other members of the tech teams at Pattern.
