Community Engagement Intern
Geronimo Power (formerly National Grid Renewables) develops, owns and operates large-scale power assets throughout America’s Heartland, including solar, wind and energy storage. As a farmer-founded and community-focused business, Geronimo Power equips landowners and rural communities with sustainable revenue to ignite local economic growth. Geronimo Power is a portfolio company managed by Brookfield Asset Management. To learn more about Geronimo Power, visit geronimopower.com or follow the company on LinkedIn.
The intern will learn fast in a changing and growing company, and will take away “real world experience,” as well as a better understanding of the renewable energy industry. At the summer's end, the intern will have a chance to present their work and experience to leadership staff.
We look forward to welcoming our intern to join the supportive and collaborative Development group, which will include college interns on other teams such as Development and Permitting. Geronimo Power has a strong internship program, and regularly offers additional enrichment opportunities.
