Donor Engagement Intern
WHY INTERN AT CAIR-NJ?
CAIR-NJ takes on a wide array of projects and activities that seek to empower and cater to the needs of the Muslim community. Interns receive hands-on experience and take leads on various projects, including CAIR-NJ’s annual Muslim Day of Advocacy and Muslim Youth Leadership Intensive.
INTERNSHIP POSITIONS: Development
Interns will primarily support the Development Department, focusing on building and maintaining donor relationships through thoughtful, behind-the-scenes communication. Responsibilities include drafting personalized thank-you notes, preparing campaign materials, updating donor records, and assisting with virtual stewardship initiatives such as Ramadan outreach. This role is ideal for upper-level undergraduates interested in nonprofit development or donor relations who are passionate about CAIR-NJ’s mission.
