Back of House Team Member

We are looking for energetic and highly motivated team members to serve our guests during the weekday lunch hours, and Saturdays as well. We have a wide variety of shifts ranging from 8am start times to closing shifts (11pm).  We are able to work around most class schedules and make a job schedule that works for everyone. 

Consistent Saturday availability is required (at least lunch or dinner hours)

Outcomes: This position will be responsible for the following outcomes.

- Work 2-3 shifts during the week

- Consistently prepare excellent quality food and keep the kitchen clean during the lunch/dinner hours

- Meet our goals regarding Customer Experience scores (specifically Food Quality and Cleanliness)

- Collaborate with coworkers to create high-quality dining experience for our guests

- Follow transition procedures and set the evening shift up for success

- Other duties as assigned
