Portfolio Manager

Job Description:
The Portfolio Manager will support strategic planning, data analysis, and reporting for ICE’s real estate portfolio. This role focuses on long-term planning, financial analysis, and facility optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the 5-Year Real Property Facility Investment Plan for ICE programs.
• Support portfolio strategy development, asset management, and space optimization initiatives.
• Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
• Track collocation, consolidation, asset prioritization, and space utilization metrics.
• Develop project approval packages, cost estimates, and planning documents.
• Ensure data accuracy in RPMS for leased and owned ICE facilities.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and financial statements for ICE leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in real estate portfolio management, asset management, or strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of federal real estate policies, project tracking, and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, Power BI, and RPMS.
• Ability to communicate complex data-driven insights to leadership.
