What Will You Be Doing?

· Update pricing and verbiage on printed collateral and website

· Create flyers using templates

· Create web landing pages using Wordpress templates

· Assist with branding updates

· Print Collateral

· Weekly Sales Printing / Material Requests

· Order Lot Signs, Business Cards, Etc.

· Assist with video and photography as needed

· Organize the marketing closet twice a week, before and after Monday Sales Meetings

· Organizing all Community Events with CSMs

· Edit/submit new flyer requests for CSMs to Marketing Coordinator

· Audit the website daily- community information, H2 taglines, sales office addresses, model hours, plans, pricing, etc.

· Gather Spec Photos from CSMs every Monday and upload to the DAM

 

What Will You Bring?

· High School diploma

· 2 years Collegiate Coursework (Junior / Senior Grade Level)

· Coursework in Marketing preferred

· Strong Analytical and software

· Engaging communicator and collaborator

· Diligent project and task management skills
