Videography Intern (Paid, Full-Time or Part-Time)

About Us

We are a dynamic, fast-paced property management company with a strong focus on creating engaging experiences for our residents and showcasing our communities through storytelling. As our Director of Marketing leads brand strategy, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Videography Intern to bring fresh ideas, creativity, and execution to our marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Film a wide variety of content including property tours, resident events, social media reels, corporate videos, and training content.
  • Manage end-to-end production: filming, editing, post-production, and delivery of high-quality video content.
  • Handle equipment setup and bring your own filming gear.
  • Collaborate directly with the Director of Marketing to align on goals, while also contributing your own creative ideas and strategies.
  • Develop engaging, on-brand video content tailored for digital platforms, social media, and internal use.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven videography skills with a portfolio or demo reel to showcase your work.
  • Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
  • Strong creative instincts — able to pitch ideas and bring concepts to life.
  • A self-starter who thrives on independence, is hungry to learn, and ready to take ownership of projects.
  • Reliable personal video equipment (camera, audio, lighting, etc.).
  • Ability to travel between our apartment communities as needed (mileage reimbursement available).
  • Reliable transportation is a must as you will be traveling to/from our apartment communities in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
