Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Social Media, Marketing & Event Associate with restaurant industry experience to join our team. This role will play a key part in building our brand presence, driving guest engagement, and executing memorable events that reflect our hospitality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, and understands the nuances of restaurant operations and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging photo, video, and written content that aligns with brand voice and drives guest engagement.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze performance metrics, track ROI, and adjust strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to highlight menu updates, specials, and behind-the-scenes stories.
Marketing & Branding
- Assist in developing promotional campaigns to increase traffic, reservations, and sales.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital and print collateral.
- Support email marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
- Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Events & Activations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-house and off-site events, including private parties, tastings, seasonal promotions, and community activations.
- Partner with the management team to create innovative guest experiences that align with the restaurant’s brand and goals.
- Oversee event logistics such as setup, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Track budgets, guest counts, and event ROI.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or events (restaurant or hospitality industry strongly preferred).
- Proven success managing social media platforms and creating content that drives engagement.
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events.
