About the Role
Premier Health Group is seeking a Healthcare Research Analyst to support our international projects and partnerships, particularly in Africa. The Healthcare Research Analyst role is designed for recent graduates with a four-year degree who want to launch a career at the intersection of healthcare, data, and international partnerships. As a Research Analyst, you will support Premier Health Group’s global initiatives, including collaborations with hospitals, clinics, and partners in Africa, by conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic program development. This role is a bridge between healthcare administration and global health innovation, providing meaningful contributions to both local operations and international projects.
Key Responsibilities
Global Research & Partnerships
- Conduct research on healthcare systems, policies, and best practices across African and international markets
- Identify partnership opportunities with hospitals, universities, and NGOs
- Support relationship management with global healthcare partners and stakeholders
Data & Policy Analysis
- Collect and analyze healthcare data to evaluate program outcomes and opportunities
- Assess policy and regulatory frameworks in target countries
- Prepare research briefs and reports to inform leadership decision-making
Program Development & Evaluation
- Contribute to the design, monitoring, and evaluation of international healthcare initiatives
- Assist with grant applications, proposals, and donor/partner reporting
- Document and share lessons learned from global health projects
Technology & Innovation
- Research and recommend digital health and AI solutions for international healthcare delivery
- Support pilot programs that test innovative technologies in global contexts
- Collaborate with data and tech teams to adapt solutions for diverse environments
Professional Development
- Gain exposure to global health program design and evaluation
- Build skills in research methods, policy analysis, and cross-cultural collaboration

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, Global Health, International Development, Health Informatics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience with international healthcare research, policy analysis, or program development (Africa focus preferred)
- Strong skills in data analysis (Excel, statistical tools, or qualitative methods)
- Excellent cross-cultural communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Interest in global health, partnerships, and technology-driven solutions
Career Path
