Workforce Operations & Data Manager

About the Role
The Workforce Operations & Data Manager is a critical role at Premier Health Group, responsible for overseeing staff scheduling, workforce analytics, and compliance documentation. This is not a traditional staffing coordinator role — it combines human resources functions with data-driven workforce management to ensure our home health agency operates efficiently and in compliance with DC regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workforce & Scheduling Management
    • Develop and manage staff schedules to meet patient care needs across pediatric and adult programs
    • Coordinate shift coverage, monitor attendance, and manage overtime/utilization metrics
    • Ensure staffing levels align with regulatory requirements and client care standards
  • Data & Analytics
    • Collect and analyze workforce data to identify trends in staffing, utilization, and retention
    • Produce regular reports and dashboards for leadership and compliance audits
    • Support integration of AI-driven scheduling and workforce management tools
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Maintain required records for DC Department of Health and Medicare/Medicaid oversight
    • Support HR processes including onboarding, credentialing, and training compliance
    • Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and quality reviews
  • Operational Leadership
    • Partner with administrators to align staffing with business goals and patient outcomes
    • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
    • Act as a central liaison between HR, administrators, and clinical teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Experience in scheduling, workforce management, or HR within healthcare preferred
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, EHR, or workforce platforms)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
