About the Role
The Client Services & Data Coordinator is the first point of contact for families, patients, and partners at Premier Health Group. More than a traditional receptionist, this role combines frontline client engagement with data and systems management. You will support both daily office operations and the integration of data into our care processes, helping ensure smooth workflows in a regulated home health environment.
Key Responsibilities

Client & Patient Engagement
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls, visitors, and inquiries
- Provide high-quality, professional communication to families, clients, and healthcare partners
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and intake processes using digital platforms

Data & Records Management
- Input and maintain accurate records in electronic health records (EHR) and internal databases
- Track referral and intake data for reporting and compliance purposes
- Generate and distribute reports to support administrators and clinical teams

Operational Support
- Assist with compliance-related documentation for DC Department of Health and Medicare/Medicaid programs
- Support daily operations including scheduling coordination and resource tracking
- Collaborate with administrators on process improvements using technology tools
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related)
- Strong organizational and data-entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with digital systems, EHRs, or data management platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
