Healthcare Associate III – Advanced Operations & Analytics

About the Role
The Healthcare Associate III role is designed for graduates with a Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field who want to take on advanced responsibilities at the intersection of healthcare, data, and technology. As a Healthcare Associate III, you will support administrators and leadership in compliance, research, analytics, and innovation. This role emphasizes strategic contributions to patient outcomes, operational performance, and program development, including local and international initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Patient & Client Support

  • Provide oversight support for patient intake, scheduling, and coordination of services
  • Ensure accuracy of records in compliance with DC Department of Health, Medicare/Medicaid, and accreditation standards
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex client or caregiver concerns

Data & Technology Integration

  • Conduct advanced analysis of clinical and operational data to evaluate trends and guide strategic decision-making
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and research briefs for administrators and leadership
  • Support pilots and scale-up of AI-enabled tools in scheduling, reporting, and care coordination

Operations & Quality Support

  • Lead compliance tasks, including audits, reporting, and policy reviews
  • Contribute to program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives across pediatric, adult, and international programs
  • Support administrators with strategic planning and resource optimization

Research & Program Development

  • Assist with research on healthcare policy, best practices, and international partnerships (including Africa-focused projects)
  • Contribute to grant proposals, presentations, and external partner reports
  • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for organizational growth

Professional Development & Leadership

  • Mentor and support Healthcare Associate I and II staff
  • Build expertise in healthcare administration, compliance, and technology-enabled care
  • Position yourself for advancement into Administrator or Research Analyst roles

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in public health, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or related field
  • Strong background in data analytics, compliance, and healthcare policy
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with healthcare technology platforms, reporting tools, and data systems
  • Demonstrated interest in global health, partnerships, and innovation.
