About the Role
The Healthcare Associate II role is designed for recent graduates with a four-year degree who want to launch a career at the intersection of healthcare, data, and technology. As a Healthcare Associate II, you will support daily operations of a licensed home health agency, patient services, compliance, and operations while also working with data analytics and digital health tools. This role is a bridge between frontline operations and healthcare administration, providing meaningful contributions to both patient outcomes and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities

Patient & Client Support
- Assist with patient intake, scheduling, and coordination of services
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with DC Department of Health and federal standards
- Support communication between families, caregivers, and clinical staff

Data & Technology Integration
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational and clinical data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support the use of electronic health records (EHR) and digital platforms
- Participate in pilots and rollouts of new AI-driven healthcare tools
- Support administrators in integrating AI and digital health tools into daily operations

Operations & Quality Support
- Assist administrators with compliance tasks, audits, and reporting requirements
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives across pediatric and adult programs
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to program evaluation and organizational projects

Qualifications
