Administrator – Pediatric Home Care

About the Role
Premier Health Group is seeking an Administrator for its Pediatric Home health care division to lead operations for our pediatric home health services in Washington, DC. This role combines healthcare leadership with a data-driven, tech-forward mindset to ensure compliance, efficiency, and the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance & Quality Oversight
    • Ensure full compliance with DC Department of Health, Medicare/Medicaid, and accreditation standards.
    • Maintain agency licensure, records, and reporting requirements.
    • Monitor quality indicators and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Clinical & Care Management
    • Supervise pediatric care staff, ensuring safe, effective, and family-centered services.
    • Develop and evaluate patient care policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
    • Coordinate interdisciplinary teams to provide timely and comprehensive care.
  • Operational & Business Management
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
    • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and utilization review.
    • Build partnerships with referral sources, pediatricians, hospitals, and community stakeholders.
  • Technology & Data Integration
    • Use analytics to track outcomes and guide decision-making.
    • Leverage electronic health records (EHR) and integrate AI-powered tools into care delivery.
    • Collaborate with tech teams to improve efficiency in intake, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Human Resources & Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and mentor pediatric care staff
    • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
  • Strategic Growth
    • Expand pediatric services in DC through partnerships and community engagement.
    • Represent Premier Health Group at industry events and educational forums.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3-5 years of supervisory or administrative experience in healthcare operations, preferably in home health or pediatrics
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement practices
  • Data/tech proficiency; ability to integrate digital health and AI solutions.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
