Brand Management Intern

This internship begins June 1st, 2026 and ends August 21st, 2026


Location – This is a hybrid role, which means that you will have the flexibility to work both onsite and at a distance. You will collaborate onsite at our Cashton, WI office for 3-5 days per week, and the rest of the time you can choose to work remotely or onsite.

Summary of Role

The Brand Management Intern will support the development of a holistic strategy for one of Organic Valley’s organic product portfolios. This unique opportunity offers hands-on experience in brand management, allowing the intern to contribute to impactful projects that drive category growth while learning foundational marketing skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand strategies and processes within category marketing.
  • Analyze consumer insights using available tools and databases to understand consumer behavior and preferences.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify innovative opportunities for category growth.
  • Assist in evaluating Organic Valley’s business performance both internally and within the broader marketplace.
  • Work cross-functionally across CROPP, engaging with key stakeholders to explore dairy supply chain complexities and identify growth opportunities.
  • Present a final project that contributes to the category business strategy, shared with key stakeholders and leadership.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education with one year or less from graduation required.
  • Currently working towards degree in Business, Marketing or Product Management preferred.
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs required.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Interest in organic and working with farmers and cooperative business model preferred.
     

Base hourly wage: $18.00/hr
Hours per week: 40

Internship Program Overview:
-Program concludes after 12 weeks (first week of June start date)
-Furnished housing provided or housing stipend
-Engaging and project-based experiences with a leading organic food brand
-Network and learn from our business leaders in a "Learn The Co-op Series"
-Various intern group events held throughout the summer
-Interns are paid hourly for time worked
-Interns are responsible for transportation to and from work
