Category Planning & Development Intern
This internship begins June 1, 2026 and ends August 21, 2026.
Location – Low Hybrid
This is a hybrid role, which means that you will have the flexibility to work both onsite and at a distance. You will collaborate onsite at our Cashton, WI office for 3-5 days per week, and the rest of the time you can choose to work remotely or onsite.
Starting Pay: $18/hour

Summary of Role
We are seeking a motivated and analytical intern to support high-impact initiatives within our Category Planning and Development team. This internship offers hands-on experience in pricing strategy, shopper insights, and data-driven decision-making in the organic CPG industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Help create actionable and executive-level price architecture reporting dashboards
o Benchmark pricing against identified competitive sets
o Analyze actual pricing vs. base and promotional price recommendations
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine pricing insights
o Help develop shopper-centric strategies for select retailers using behavioral and transactional data
o Analyze shopper panel data to support retailer specific shopper strategies
o Develop assortment and messaging recommendations aligned with shopper behavior
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
o Ad hoc analysis and duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
o Currently enrolled in post-secondary education with one year or less from graduation
o Currently working towards a degree in Business, Marketing, or Management
o Strong communication skills; both verbal and written required
o Proficient with Microsoft Office programs required
o Ability to work individually and in a team environment
o Strong organizational and time management skills

Hourly wage: $18/hour
Internship Program Overview:
-Program concludes after 12 weeks (June 2026-August 2026)
