Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a key role in generating qualified leads within the B2B industry, building relationships with potential clients, and creating opportunities for the sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to outreach, and the ability to book qualified meetings that contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads in the B2B industry through targeted research and outreach.
- Send professional and personalized emails to engage prospective clients.
- Book discovery calls and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, PR or related field.
- Students in Final year with previously mentioned degrees major are welcomed to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage prospects through written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
