Research and Development Intern

JOB TITLE: Reasearch & Development Internship (Summer 2026)
POSITION TYPE: Intern
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

$20.00 per hour

Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES & PROJECTS: 

As an intern at Foremost, you’ll work on strategic, real-world projects that may include:

  • Technical project (TBD): A customized, hands-on project aligned with the intern's skills and Foremost's current needs. This project will focus on cheese-related food science and manufacturing processes, offering exposure to real world applications in product development, quality, or process optimization.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in a related field 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications and highly organized
  • Willingness to travel to Foremost plant locations
  • Must be available to work from May 27, 2026, through early to mid-August

 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Junior or Senior class standing
