Logistics Intern

About the Role:
Join Kem Krest as a Logistics Intern and gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, transportation management, and process optimization. Work closely with our logistics team to support daily operations and contribute to strategic projects that drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Internship Focus Areas

1. Data Analysis for Process Improvement

• Analyze logistics and transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Help prepare reports on transportation costs, delivery performance, and supplier metrics.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and logistics planning meetings.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

2. Carrier Issue Resolution

• Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams including procurement, customer service, and operations to ensure smooth logistics operations.

3. Maintain Compliance Records

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Learn transportation management systems (TMS) to support compliance and reporting.

Requirements:

• Perusing degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related. 
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Exceptional work ethic, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
