HR Internship

Internship Focus Areas:
1. Culture and Engagement Initiatives

  • Support and help execute employee engagement programs, events, and activities.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture through hands-on involvement in company-sponsored initiatives.

2. HRIS Improvements and Automation

  • Provide employee support with HR information systems.
  • Suggest and help implement improvements to enhance employee self-service capabilities.

3. Employee Communication

  • Assist in developing streamlined communication methods, including print and digital platforms, for a multilingual environment.
  • Help ensure clear, effective communication across the organization.

4. Recruiting and Training

  • Support the HR team in recruiting, onboarding, and training activities.
  • Assist with policies, practices, and programs to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Junior or Senior enrolled in a bachelor’s program (HR, Marketing, Business, or related field).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Previous internship or coursework in Human Resources.
