
Creative Director Intern
LoopTroop Inc. is an innovative rideshare and community support platform, and Loop Foundation is its nonprofit arm dedicated to supporting families impacted by incarceration with transportation, housing, mental health, workforce, and legal services. Together, we are launching a bold movement that blends tech and social impact.
We are seeking a Creative Director to oversee our brand identity, visual storytelling, and campaign execution across both organizations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice and vision of a startup that blends technology with community change.
Role Overview
The Creative Director will set and manage the visual identity and creative campaigns for LoopTroop Inc. (app/tech platform) and Loop Foundation (nonprofit mission). This role will collaborate closely with our Partnerships and PR teams, stylists, and media agencies to ensure consistency across all touchpoints—digital, print, and experiential.
Note: Once the organization raises $200,000+ in seed funding, the Creative Director role will be separated into two positions—one focused on LoopTroop Inc. and one focused on Loop Foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain unified brand guidelines for LoopTroop Inc. and Loop Foundation.
Lead the creative vision for launch campaigns, including photoshoots, videos, and ad assets.
Direct partnerships with stylists, fashion agencies, and brand collaborators.
Collaborate with PR and Marketing agencies to ensure brand-aligned storytelling.
Oversee design for app UI, website, social media, print, and pitch decks.
Manage contractors and freelance creatives (designers, photographers, videographers).
Ensure every piece of content reflects mission, culture, and innovation.
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of creative direction, brand management, or campaign development.
Strong portfolio spanning digital, print, and video content.
Experience collaborating with PR, marketing, and partnership teams.
Proven ability to lead photoshoots, design campaigns, and style direction.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, or equivalent tools.
Preferred:
Experience with startups, tech, or nonprofit organizations.
Background in social impact branding or cause marketing.
Familiarity with rideshare, lifestyle, or social empact campaigns.
