We are seeking a curious, forward-thinking Research & Development Intern to explore and analyze the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence (AI), marketing, public relations, and creative technology development. This role is designed for someone with a passion for emerging tools, systems, and innovations who can distill complex findings into clear, actionable insights for our team.
The intern will conduct research, track industry trends, and present findings through weekly written reports and team presentations. This role is highly collaborative and will provide the opportunity to influence our strategic and creative direction.
Key Responsibilities
Research emerging AI technologies, platforms, and techniques relevant to business, marketing, PR, and creative industries.
Analyze case studies, trends, and best practices from leading companies, startups, and agencies.
Prepare weekly reports summarizing research findings, opportunities, and risks.
Deliver weekly presentations to educate and engage the team, translating complex concepts into accessible insights.
Track ongoing developments in creative technology, digital communications, and workplace AI adoption.
Provide recommendations on how our agency can leverage innovative tools to enhance strategy, workflow, and creative output.
Support ad-hoc research projects that align with organizational growth and client needs.
Qualifications
Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Interest in AI, creative technology, marketing innovation, and digital strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Notion (bonus if experienced with AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, Perplexity, etc.).
