Wholesale Sales Intern - Fall 2025, Spring 2026, Summer 2026

Summary
The Sales Intern will support our Wholesale Sales Team while gaining exposure to multiple areas of account management and retail sales operations. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to develop key business skills, including sales analytics, retailer portal management, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-growing wholesale environment. The intern will help pull and analyze sales data, assist in preparing retailer presentations, support new item setup, and have opportunities to shadow other areas of the sales department to build a broad understanding of Itzy Ritzy’s wholesale strategy.

Responsibilities

• Pull and review weekly sales reports to support the Wholesale Sales Team.
• Assist in preparing presentations, sales recaps, and product assortments for retail partners.
• Help maintain and update ERP and retailer portals (item setup, pricing, and promotional submissions).
• Assist in creating meeting materials, line sheets, and sell-through recaps.
• Shadow cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and operations to learn end-to-end wholesale processes.
• Provide general administrative and analytical support to the Sales Team as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint; basic data analysis skills preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in wholesale sales, retail partnerships, and consumer products.
• Collaborative mindset with good communication skills.
