Operations & Culture Intern

Location: Hybrid (Brooklyn, NY)
Commitment: 12–15 hours per week, 3–6 month internship

Hermitage is a creator-first talent management and creative studio working with digital talent across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and culture. We’re looking for an Operations & Culture Intern to support the organizational backbone of the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, relationship-building, and bringing creative projects to life smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars across talent projects (hold dates, reminders, follow-ups).
  • Support talent gifting: research, order, track deliveries, and log gifts.
  • Assist with event planning: RSVPs, guest lists, light logistics, on-site support.
  • Maintain Hermitage’s internal systems (files, databases, CRM updates).
  • Provide general administrative support (inbox flagging, scheduling, expenses).

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Clear communicator, reliable, and proactive.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with Notion or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Interest in creative operations and the creator economy.

Minimum Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program.
  • Based in NYC or willing to work on a hybrid schedule.
  • Availability for 12–15 hours per week.
  • Reliable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
