Talent and Partnerships Intern

Location: Hybrid (New York, NY)
Commitment: 12–15 hours per week, 3–6 month internship

Hermitage is a talent incubation and management studio that aims to expand and support creators in building expansive, exciting careers across the digital landscape and beyond. We’re looking for a Talent & Partnerships Intern to support our team in managing brand deals, developing partnerships, and growing creator businesses. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, savvy with the digital and creator landscape, curious about the business of creators, and eager to learn how brand// talent partnerships work behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

  • Track campaign deadlines and deliverables in Notion.
  • Research potential brand partners and compile outreach lists.
  • Assist with creating and updating pitch decks, bios, and case studies.
  • Review contracts for first-pass notes on usage, exclusivity, and timelines.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity across beauty, fashion, and lifestyle.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed (inbox flagging, file organization).

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written communication - clear, professional, and detail-driven.
  • Interest in digital creators, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.

Minimum Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program (Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields preferred, but not required).
  • Based in NYC or willing to work on a hybrid schedule.
  • Availability for 12–15 hours per week, with at least 2 set days of availability.
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
