About the Role
The Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting Roundhouse’s brand, communications, and community engagement initiatives. This is a temporary (3-4 months), full-time internship opportunity, ideal for a recent graduate or student seeking hands-on marketing experience in the real estate and property management industry. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, support property marketing efforts, and contribute to Roundhouse’s social media and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms.
- Support marketing campaigns for new property launches, leasing efforts, and community engagement initiatives.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of resident experience initiatives and events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Assist in creating digital and print marketing materials such flyers, presentations, newsletters.
- Track performance of marketing campaigns and prepare basic reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Support photography, video, and creative content development as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook).
- Basic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) preferred.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Interest in real estate, property management, or community development a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally to properties as needed.
