Form Automation Specialist

As a Form Automation Specialist, you will be the first member of a new systems team focused on creating, automating, and maintaining forms. You will initially report to the Data Group Manager and primarily support the data team in automating lender questionnaire HTML forms by applying property data paths to existing form fields. You will also learn how to create new HTML forms using Domecile’s latest form building system. As our system is ever evolving, your feedback on how to further improve system tools will be crucial for our technical teams.

Key Responsibilities 

● Data Pathing & Form Creation: Apply data paths to form fields based on real estate knowledge and create forms using Domecile’s proprietary form building tool 

● Research and Analysis: Build on existing property data pathing structure as new forms and fields arise 

● Quality Assurance: Ensure automated HTML forms are constructed with the highest quality standards 

● Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with internal technical stakeholders to support and further develop the HTML form building system 

Skills & Qualifications 

● Strong command of the English language; high comprehension and communication 

● Understanding of different data types (boolean, string, etc), basic knowledge of JSON, YAML, and HTML 

● Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment 

● Technical degree in Information Systems, Data Science or similar background is a plus 

● Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus
