About the Opportunity
Are you a natural hustler who loves sales, social media, and making an impact? We’re looking for a driven student or recent grad who wants to break into real estate and digital marketing at the same time.
This isn’t just another “assistant” role. You’ll get hands-on experience building an online sales presence, connecting with clients, and learning directly from a top-producing real estate team. If you’re motivated, coachable, and ready to grow fast, we want you on our side.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with buyers and sellers to build relationships and generate leads
- Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to attract clients
- Host and promote open houses, both in-person and virtual
- Learn how to run real estate sales funnels, ads, and client follow-up systems
- Work closely with experienced agents who will mentor you
What We’re Looking For
- Sales-focused, motivated, and hungry to grow
- Comfortable on camera and active on social media
- Strong communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus)
- Interested in or actively pursuing an Arizona Real Estate License
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you want more than a 9–5 job
