Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator
Job Type: Part-time (10-15 hours per week)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus performance-based incentives. Possible commissions available for long term employment
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, with possible local travel required.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Community Outreach Coordinator to build and maintain strong relationships with local independent living facilities and senior living communities. The primary goal of this role is to schedule and coordinate monthly visits for our doctor to see patients with hearing loss and tinnitus, educational lectures, and monthly on-site audiology visits. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical sales, and a passion for helping others. This is a part-time position with flexible hours during the Monday through Friday 9-5 work week, perfect for someone who can work independently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling and Relationship Building: Proactively contact local independent and assisted living facilities, and other senior communities to introduce our practice and build rapport with key decision-makers.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Set up and manage a calendar of audiology lectures and recurring monthly visits to provide on-site hearing services.
- Represent the Practice: Act as a professional representative of our audiology practice at all community events and meetings.
- Data Management: Track all outreach activities, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Preference of experience in medical sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with cold calling or outreach is a must.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently to meet goals.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
