Position:

We are seeking a part-time Executive Assistant Intern to directly support the CEO of Hightainment Corporation. This role is ideal for an organized, motivated student or recent graduate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about startups, media, and entertainment. Exceptional performance could lead to a full-time role after the internship.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO.

Handle shipments to Amazon and Shopify for consumer goods we produce.

Conduct research to support strategic initiatives.

Assist with investor outreach, partnerships, and event coordination.

Organize documents, presentations, and reports.

Support marketing and social media initiatives as needed.

Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, Media, or related fields preferred).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or slack and Monday.com.

Comfortable with social media platforms and online communication tools.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Interest in startups, entertainment, or media is a plus.
