Odditeas – A new café and artistic lounge connected to The Crack Fox, serving teas, coffee, light bites, and cocktails during the day while featuring local art, fashion, and handmade goods.

Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Content Manager to handle digital presence for both The Crack Fox and Odditeas. The right candidate will develop engaging content, maintain consistent branding, and grow our online audience across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Create and schedule social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) for both venues.
Develop content that highlights upcoming events, daily specials, community features, and brand identity.
Capture photos and videos on-site to build authentic and visually compelling content.
Engage with followers, respond to messages, and foster community interaction online.
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the owner and staff to ensure promotions and messaging align with business goals.
Qualifications
Experience managing social media accounts for businesses, hospitality, or entertainment.
Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to shoot and edit photos/videos (mobile-friendly tools are fine).
Knowledge of current social media trends, especially in food, nightlife, and local culture.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple projects.
A genuine interest in nightlife, art, food, and community culture.
Preferred Skills
Graphic design or Adobe Suite skills.
Experience with paid promotions/advertising on Meta platforms.
Familiarity with event promotion and hospitality marketing.
