
Bumo Sales Associate
At Bumo, our mission is simple but bold: to make child care flexible, accessible, and bookable—so families can thrive and providers can grow.
We’re hiring a Bumo Sales Associate to be our field boots-on-the-ground presence in San Francisco with child care and camp providers. You’ll spark interest, sell providers on Bumo’s services, and bring our platform to life in the communities we serve—all while staying warm, kind, and relentlessly helpful. What does that look like day to day?
👉 Prospect & pitch: Walk into centers, camps, and after-school programs to introduce Bumo and clearly articulate our value.
👉 Cold outreach: Make confident cold calls and drop-ins to book demos and move providers through the funnel.
👉 Be the expert: Learn Bumo inside and out so you can answer questions on pricing, onboarding, and how we drive enrollment and revenue.
👉 Community presence: Table at events, visit neighborhoods, and represent Bumo with a friendly, professional vibe.
👉 Follow-through: Log leads, send recaps, and coordinate next steps with our Provider Success Management team.
👉 Feedback loop: Share on-the-ground insights so we can sharpen strategy and messaging market by market.
This is not a cushy 9–5. We’re a seed-stage startup—scrappy, growing, and on a mission to change child care as we know it. You’ll jump in quickly, wear multiple hats, and learn on the fly. If you’re energized by building from the ground up and love talking to people, you’ll thrive here.
📍Must be based in San Francisco, CA
💡 Sales or community outreach experience is a plus.
💡Bonus if you’ve worked with child care, camps, or education providers.
💬 Bilingual a plus.
