Duties: Under direction of the Real Estate Branch Manager and the Division's Executive Secretary (who serves as technical lead for all Division clerical staff), the incumbent acts as lead person to Branch clerical staff and is responsible for all office support duties required for the completion of work in the Branch; provides the most difficult secretarial, administrative, and timekeeping services for the Real Estate Branch, with use of various software and databases; exercises a high degree of clerical and office management skills to produce mass expedited correspondence; responsible for maintaining timekeeping duties for the Branch; maintains Branch Manager’s calendar; coordinates and tracks training for the Branch; may need to travel to deliver documents from one downtown office to another.
