About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Marketing & Brand Licensing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and can manage multiple priorities at once. You will support the execution of marketing and licensing initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between our internal team, external partners, and licensees.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company’s digital file management and asset organization system
- Assist with lead generation, research, and outreach to prospective partners
- Track and report on market trends, competitive activity, and industry insights
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to brand development ideas
- Support the product approvals process by retrieving, reviewing, and tracking submissions
- Coordinate and maintain clear communication with partners
- Prepare and update deal memos, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist in managing style guides, brand assets, and compliance across licensed products
- Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Provide general administrative and project management support to the marketing and licensing team
Qualifications
- Holds a degree or majors in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or project management tools.
- Experience in brand licensing, marketing, publishing, or entertainment is a plus
