Client Success Specialist
Anglepoint is expanding our Global Client Success team and is seeking a highly skilled and North America-based Client Success Specialist. The ideal candidate has project management and consulting experience in ITAM and Software Asset Management.

As a Client Success Specialist, you will:
- Perform project administration across a single and/or multi-workstream engagement end-to-end, coordinate with delivery resources, ensure timely completion of project deliverables and outputs and proactively working to drive value for the client
- Communicate directly with clients with supervision
- Manage client expectations and requests in accordance with project parameters and SOW with supervision
- Address all client communications in a timely & professional manner
- Preparation of reports, presentations, and/or analytic outputs using variety of systems and tools
- Have a basic understanding of an end-to-end managed service
- Internal team cross collaboration
- Comfortable engaging with clients and gathering feedback
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Results-oriented and success-driven professional with 1 or more years of experience & exceptional client relationship and project management skills
- An effective communicator, with the ability to understand and align with our client’s key business objectives and support both tactical and strategic ITAM-related discussions
- A self-driven collaborator with the ability to understand and interpret a wide variety of data (commercial, financial, discovery, entitlement, consumption, etc.) to help clients strategize their future IT Asset Management needs & growth.
- Travel both domestically and internationally, up to 10%
