Position Summary:
We are seeking a Polymer Engineer I to join our growing R&D team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong foundation in polymer science, polymer chemistry, or materials engineering. You’ll work on designing new materials, optimizing polymer processing techniques, and contributing to breakthrough innovations in packaging and functional polymers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and scale-up of novel polymer formulations.
  • Assist in polymer processing operations such as extrusion, molding, and film casting.
  • Conduct material characterization using techniques like DSC, TGA, FTIR, GPC, and rheometry.
  • Collaborate with senior scientists and engineers on experimental design and data analysis.
  • Maintain detailed lab records and contribute to technical documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polymer Science, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with polymer processing and characterization techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Passion for innovation and sustainability in materials development.
