As our Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in enabling our leadership to focus on building transformative companies while ensuring our operations run seamlessly.

The Role

This position combines executive and personal assistance (70%), office management (20%), and portfolio company support (10%). You'll work directly with our Executive Chairman and COO, managing complex priorities in a fast-paced environment that values both precision and adaptability.

Your Responsibilities

Executive & Personal Support (70%)

  • Master complex calendar management for executives juggling multiple companies and commitments
  • Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements for business and personal trips
  • Provide discrete personal support including family logistics and household coordination
  • Anticipate needs and ensure executives are fully prepared for all meetings and commitments
  • Build awareness of key stakeholder relationships to help prioritize time and follow-ups

Office Management (20%)

  • Own day-to-day office operations, creating a professional and efficient work environment
  • Manage vendor relationships, facilities coordination, and office supplies
  • Oversee office technology and infrastructure, troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Lead office relocations or expansions when required
  • Track budgets and manage office-related expenses
  • Enhance employee experience through thoughtful office management and team events

Portfolio Support (10%)

  • Assist with administrative projects across portfolio companies
  • Support event planning and execution for company gatherings
  • Facilitate communication between executives, teams, and external partners
  • Contribute to special projects as business needs evolve
