Data Analyst

A well-established cultural and educational institution in Boston is seeking a Data Analyst to join its growing data team. This is a hybrid role designed for professionals who enjoy collaborating with multiple departments, translating data into actionable insights, and supporting decision-making across the organization.

Role:

📊 Become the go-to expert on organizational data (attendance, marketing, web traffic, finance, and more)

🤝 Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate them into clear data tasks

🗄️ Query data from a cloud-based warehouse (Snowflake) to develop accurate metrics and models

📈 Build impactful reports and visualizations using PowerBI (and similar tools)

🔐 Administer reporting environments, manage access, and ensure data accuracy and quality

🚀 Support the organization’s mission by delivering insights that drive strategic outcomes

Requirements:

💼 Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses a plus

📊 Experience creating dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik

🧠 Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and security

💬 Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
