The Role

We’re seeking a Creative Studio Coordinator — dependable, detail-oriented, and organized with creative chops. This role is part concierge, part project manager, part junior creative. If you’re looking for a “clock in, clock out” job, this isn’t it. If you thrive in a creative, fast-moving studio where no two days look the same — this is your role.

You’ll manage bookings, client communication, and content workflows while jumping in on light creative tasks. Think: scheduling → supporting shoots → prepping graphics → helping clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage studio bookings, check-ins, and client intake.

Oversee project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello).

Schedule & coordinate social posts (Later, Hootsuite, or similar).

Organize digital files, naming conventions, and asset handoff to editors.

Provide light creative support: Illustrator/Photoshop graphics, thumbnails, resizing.

Support sessions: lights, cameras, audio checks, set prep.

Capture behind-the-scenes content for social (comfortable with cameras).

Help brainstorm and shoot short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).

Skills & Qualities

Dependable & reliable — shows up on time, delivers consistently.

Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.

Strong communication skills — professional with clients.

Comfortable and fluent with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator & Photoshop).

Social media fluency & scheduling experience.

Familiar with tools like CapCut / Adobe Express a big plus.

Not camera-shy — willing to jump in for behind-the-scenes promo.

Bonus: familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Google Studio).

Experience We’re Looking For

2–5 years in a role that blends admin + creative. Ideal candidates may have worked as:

Social Media Specialist or Coordinator

Studio / Production Assistant

Creative or Marketing Coordinator

Account Manager (agency side)

Content or Project Coordinator

Event Coordinator (with creative overlap)

⚠️ Important: If your background is only in retail, food service, or unrelated admin, this role isn’t the right fit. Please apply only if you have creative/media experience.

Compensation & Hours

Month 1 (probation): $17/hr cash (approx. 30 hrs/week).

After 30 days: $20/hr cash (~$23–$25/hr W2 equivalent).

At 90 days: $20/hr cash + performance-based bonus (up to 5% of total client spend on accounts you manage).

At 6 months: $21.50/hr cash + bonus structure.

Hours: 30 hrs/week to start, with potential to 40 hrs/week for candidates ready to make an immediate impact.
Growth path: Creative Studio Coordinator → Studio Manager / Creative Lead.
