Retail Sales Associate
Current Position Available: Retail Sales Associate with room for growth
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring all customers are provided the highest standards in personalized customer service
- Actively engaging with clientele to learn their personal preferences/needs in order to be able to suggest products, assist with selections, finalize purchases, upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales, and create opportunities for future sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Stock shelves, merchandise products, and maintain inventory
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep up with and share all pertinent information to customers such as product knowledge, special events, applicable savings opportunities, etc.
- Strive to meet both the store's and personal sales goals and actively contribute to all marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Retail sales experience is required, and should include: strong sales skills and a proven ability to meet targets: knowledge of social media marketing; interest in and awareness of trends; proficient in providing styling
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in jewelry sales is a bonus
- Knowledge of basic retail math and inventory management necessary
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
- Reasonably tech savvy and able to operate POS system
