About JTS Growth

We’re one of the largest TikTok Shop services agencies, specializing in launching, growing, and managing some of the most successful brands on TikTok Shop. With a proven track record of helping brands thrive, we continue to see significant demand for our services. Now, we’re looking for a TikTok Shop Content Creator to help us craft viral, sales-driven short-form content that powers our clients’ growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Creative Strategy: Research trends, brainstorm hooks, and develop concepts designed to capture attention and drive conversions.
  • Content Creation: Able to film and edit short-form videos (product demos, street interviews, founder stories, UGC-style videos)
  • Scriptwriting: Write engaging, persuasive scripts for short-form videos tailored to products, audiences, and platform culture.
  • Content Direction: Collaborate with editors, creators, and account managers to turn scripts and ideas into high-performing videos.
  • Performance Analysis: Review content results and refine strategies/scripts based on data and feedback..
  • Client Relations: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any concerns.

 

Skills You’ll Need

  • Copywriting Mastery: Ability to craft sharp, persuasive short-form copy with a direct-response edge.
  • Short-Form Content Expertise: Experience scripting or creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
  • Left Brain / Right Brain Mindset: Comfortable creatively iterating based on performance data.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Able to work closely with editors, creators, and managers — and communicate effectively with clients.

Compensation

Up to $6,000/month, with opportunities for salary growth as the business continues to scale.
