Baseball Operations General Management Intern
Baseball Operations General Management Internships
The Falmouth Commodores is one of ten Cape Cod League Baseball Teams, the preeminent summer collegiate baseball league in the United States. Scouts from all major league teams attend games and many players are ultimately drafted to play in the MLB. Baseball Operations plays a major role in ensuring the success of our summer game schedule. Members of our Baseball Operations team have gone on to hold positions with Team USA, the Arizona Fall League, Perfect Game and management positions in baseball operations for D1 Power4 teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations and be recognized by professional organizations looking to hire Baseball Operations staff.
All intern positions are non-paying. Prospective interns must arrange for their own housing and transportation while on Cape Cod. The Commodores staff will assist where possible in helping interns find affordable lodging and part-time employment.
The Commodores are seeking Baseball Operations General Management Interns, who will report directly to the Assistant General Manager. Responsibilities include:

- Accurately producing daily stat sheets for home games to be handed out at entrance gates
- Managing bat kids during the game, including ensuring enough game-ready balls are available throughout the game

- Communicating with coaching staff, interns and players
- Communicating with game day operations for all pre-game, in-game and post-game events
- Actively participating in the Youth Clinics that occur Tuesday-Friday from 8:30-11:30am
