Director of First Impressions
Front Desk & Administrative
- Greet clients, subcontractors, and visitors professionally and courteously
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails (Client Relations, Marketing), and handle general inquiries.
- Maintain reception area, conference rooms, and office supplies stocked at all times.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with project team logistics.
- Support office staff with document preparation, filing, scanning, and data entry.
Graphic Design, Marketing & Website Management
- Design and update company marketing materials (presentations, brochures, flyers, signage).
- Maintain the company’s brand identity across digital and print platforms.
- Create visuals for proposals, project boards, and client meetings.
- Support social media and website with branded graphics and content.
- Update and maintain the company website with project photos, company news, and new content.
- Collaborate with project managers on visual materials for bids, RFPs, and community outreach.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction/real estate industry terminology is a plus.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service focus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of social media content creation.
- Basic understanding of project management or construction administration.
