Overview

 

 

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social presence, manage community engagement, and drive creator partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands digital culture, and knows how to turn trends into growth opportunities.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

 

Social Media Management

 

 

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content curation to align with brand voice and goals.

Maintain a consistent brand presence while tailoring content to each platform’s unique audience.

 

 

 

Community Engagement

 

 

Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to foster authentic interactions.

Respond to community questions and escalate issues when necessary.

Build strong relationships with followers, turning them into loyal advocates.

 

 

 

Creator & Influencer Outreach

 

 

Identify and connect with relevant creators, influencers, and brand partners.

Manage outreach campaigns to build collaborations and partnerships.

Track and report on creator performance and ROI.

 

 

 

Analytics & Reporting

 

 

Produce weekly and monthly reports on engagement, reach, growth, and campaign performance.

Use insights to optimize content strategies and improve results.

Stay on top of KPIs, platform algorithms, and analytics tools.

 

 

 

Trendspotting & Innovation

 

 

Keep a pulse on social media trends, memes, and emerging platforms.

Proactively recommend creative activations and campaign ideas.

Experiment with new formats (short-form video, live content, interactive media).

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

Provide a portfoilo of their social media, and or social media work. 

Proven track record of growing social media accounts and managing online communities.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Experience with influencer outreach and partnership management is a plus.

Data-driven mindset with ability to balance creativity and performance metrics.
