Laboratory Services Associate_ San Diego CA
R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Laboratory Services - Associate-C in San Diego, CA.
Your main responsibilities as a Laboratory Services - Associate-C:
· Optimize lab procedures and succeed in producing reliable and important results that can be used to make a difference.
· Responsible for handling sensitive equipment to analyze samples or substances and conduct tests reporting findings to a laboratory manager.
· Receive, label and analyze samples (blood, toxic, tissue etc.)
· Design and execute laboratory testing according standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings
· Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods
What we are looking for in a Laboratory Services - Associate-C:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, engineering, or a related discipline.
· Minimum of 0-5 year of experience in quality control or a related role, preferably in a regulated industry
· Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
· Proficiency in conducting various quality control tests and inspections.
· Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO standards, FDA regulations) is preferred

Pay Scale:
$48,705 – $60,881 Dependent on Experience)
