
Environmental Intern
Educational Requirements:
Completion of at least one year toward a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources, Range Science, Biology, Ag Systems, Crop & Weed Science, Soil Science, etc.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will assist the environmental department and also gain knowledge of the operations department.
Job Duties:
- Management of and data collection on rangeland, cropland, woodlands, and wetlands
- Wildlife monitoring
- Precipitation, groundwater and surface water monitoring
- Assistance in permitting data management
- Reclamation and restoration planning
- Field compliance inspections
