Join us for a 12-week paid internship designed to build leadership skills, set career goals, and expand your professional network.

 

We’re looking for three creative, tech-savvy college interns to help our Talent & Learning team transform traditional training into AI-powered video content that supports employee development.

 

If you're passionate about storytelling, media production, and emerging technologies, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

 

Skills & Interests:

  • Passion for storytelling, education, and technology
  • Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Pictpry, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, or AI-based platforms)
  • Strong attention to detail and visual design
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway ML, ElevenLabs)
