Media Team (Audio/Video Technician)

At Covenant Harbor, our mission is simple: love kids and share Jesus. The Media Team plays one of the most important roles in making this possible, capturing and telling the story of camp that inspires families, engages campers, and reflects God’s work in this place. We are looking for staff who have a committed and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, who are ready to serve with humility, and who want to create a fun environment where campers feel valued, safe, cared for, and encouraged to know Jesus more. 

Media Team Members (Audio/Video Technician) provides technical support for all programs, including audio, visual, and lighting needs. This role ensures that sessions, worship, and activities are engaging and distraction-free. In addition to technical responsibilities, the Media Team Member will be trained to assist in at least one additional area of camp (e.g., camp store, waterfront, activities, or ropes course).
